I contracted with another company to have five trees removed and the stumps ground. They had a lot of work and the stump grinding crew never showed up, blocking completion of our other jobs. Between their receptionist, scheduler and work crew the coordination was so bad they never showed up or told me why.
I called Stump Brothers and Josh answered. He said Ron was finishing a job in the area and would come over right after. I’ve heard that before but true to his word he was there in an hour and got the job done the same day I called.

Before Stump Brothers, I had SO much trouble trying to get anyone to even consider my apple tree removal. Josh reached out with a quote within the first 10 minutes it was requested and was able to get me on the schedule within the week! He gave a variety of convenient payment options and he was reliably communicative. Randall came out to do the project, and my goodness, the man is both a beast with a chain saw and a delicate ballerina. Those tree limbs were floating to the ground; this man is an artist. He had the whole thing done and cleaned up faster than my comforter could finish it?s wash cycle. I 100% recommend

He quoted me over the phone and I went with him. Very nice guy and easy to do business with. Did a excellent job and ground the stump and roots around it deep. Some companies will not go to that extent leaving you with roots and parts of stump still in lawn. He also keeps his word. If he says heâ s coming out, he sticks to the appointment. I am so glad I found this company with great reviews on the NextDoor site. I wouldn’t use anyone else for stump grinding. From the initial phone call to the cleanup, everything was excellent. Josh was immediately engaged and quickly scheduled our service at a great price. Jimmy came out to do the job, and his service is much higher quality than landscaping companies we have used to cut down trees and grind the remaining stumps. Josh and Jimmy were both careful about scheduling the job at a time when the ground was firm to avoid damaging our property with the heavy machine. I had more than 20 small stumps to grind, and Jimmy was done in about an hour. He was meticulous in filling the holes, trimming roots and raking the dirt and wood chips after grinding the stumps. The attached pics include two areas where I had 8 stumps and 10 stumps. I referred a family member to them for two very large stumps, and she was very happy with the service as well. They are great with communication about scheduling and arrival, and Jimmy arrived within the 30-minute window that we booked. Excellent company.

Jimmy from Stump Brothers arrived on the early end of the service window and was finished with my 4 stumps in 15 minutes with that amazing grinding machine. I received a text the day before with his name and arrival time, and another text the morning of service to let me know he was on his way. This is a very professional operation and I would hire them again in a minute if I had more stumps to grind.

Absolutely phenomenal! Very timely, kept in touch before appointment and let me know when they were on their way. Very detailed and I would recommend them to anyone, or tree companies to use Stump Brothers to remove all your tree stumps! Just give them a call, and you will understand why I wrote this review. Oh, I might also add, cheaper than renting a stump grinder and attempting to do it your self! They are the best!!!!!
